With the advent of technology and social media has begun a beautiful revolution where almost everything known to previous generations is shifting from tedious traditional ways to the convenient online medium.

Scheduling the sessions as per their needs makes it all the more pleasant. The patients need not worry about meeting people they don’t know in the waiting room. They can simply attend their sessions online in the comfort of their home.

Online therapy allows patients to use their pseudo names or even nicknames. This can entice people who are ashamed or embarrassed in seeking therapy as their real selves. It is also simpler for some individuals to disclose private data when they are sharing it online.
